SF9. I found this gem a few days ago as I was browsing the Tube.

I had not been prepared to watch it. Because I did not know them my interest was close to nonexistent. But I am always happy to learn about new Kpop groups, especially boy groups, and they were also in my suggestions. So I decided, why not?

The worst that could happen was that I could not like them. Which wasn’t much of a crises.

Honestly, I have never listened to an idol group and then decide that I hate them. All groups have their unique style and I appreciate all of them. They are just all trying so hard to make it in a competition filled industry. Which really just means they deserve even more support.

Going back to SF9. Their name means Sensational Feelings Nine. Nine being the number of members in the group. The group members according to age are, Inseong, Youngbin, Jaeyoon, Dawon, Zuho, Rowoon, Taeyang, Hwiyoung and Chani. Yes, those are a lot of members, but we all know there are worse. Their ages range from 24 to as young as 17.

I like their music. It’s upbeat and danceable. The first time I heard their suggested song, O Sole Mio, I wanted to jump out of my seat and start dancing. But I suck at dancing and I was in a public area. Even as I am writing this post, I am listening to their playlist and I could not be any further from disappointment. Their songs have this thing where they instantly brighten the mood.

Let’s talk about visuals… Check out the O Sole Mio posters and you’ll realise why I am so speechless. I don’t like them just for their looks, but the looks are a huge bonus.
